How do you ensure items won’t get damaged during loading or unloading?
We take great care to handle your belongings properly using proven loading and unloading techniques. If you’d like your furniture wrapped and protected, please provide moving blankets, tape, and stretch wrap for our team to use. We also recommend having ratchet straps on hand to secure items tightly and minimize shifting during transport. This way, we can do our best to keep your items safe and damage-free throughout the move.
Do I need to have my belongings packed beforehand?
Yes, it’s generally best to have everything boxed, labeled, and ready to go for a smoother loading process. However, if you need help with packing, just let us know, and we can discuss additional services.
